Pros

• Small agency so you will get to know everyone • Good Roster of Clients • Generally an opportunity to enter awards • Ability to WFH • Very good with diversity and inclusion

Cons

• Cliquey • Lack of training • No support for juniors • IT issues - Systems/ software are very old and clunky. • No room for progression • Management doesn’t encourage you on your career path • No budget! No socials, limited culture • Very hierarchal in some teams, lacking hierarchy in others • Low salaries, especially when denied promotions on no grounds. • Blamed a lot on Capita, when really it was just poor management • Very limited opportunity to come up with ideas • They don’t play to your strengths • Limited Creative resource- they're are overworked. • No acknowledgement for hard work/ long hours or winning new business. • Low morale • Very high staff turnover - lots of people jumping to competitors. • Misunderstanding from CS on what the job role of the creative is • Blame culture. • Witnessed and experienced unfair treatment/ bullying • Only 1 person in HR – they are overworked and not always available. • Poor communication from seniors to juniors- just expected to know things • CS are very poor at writing and handing over briefings • Favouritism from management. Means you don't get support, good clients or promotions if your'e not one of the favourites. • Not given the same amount of time as colleagues in the same team to do the same thing, but expected to produce the same quality of work. • No budget for junior creatives to go on shouts or shadow but expected to produce the same level of work as seniors. • Not inclusive if you don’t live in London, but they also don’t pay well enough for you to afford to live in London as a junior • Unprofessionalism – things said by management about other colleagues • Very limited 1:1s with line manager - I had 2 in the span of 19 months.

Cons

Not really a con but it is an early start up.

Pros

Flexibility regarding working from home

Cons

Received almost no training, just a few names of people to reach out to for informal chats so I could essentially learn the job. Most of the people I reached out to were very busy and it was very evident that they did not want to be spending time teaching me anything. At one point, I did not hear from my direct manager for a period of almost 6 months - not a single message, call or email to check in. Additionally, the pay was exceptionally low for industry standard.
