Pros
The team started off being awesome, there was freedom and work-life balance. Good amount of vacation time. There are mostly decent people who work there, outside of c-suite leadership.
Cons
The company makes poor business decisions (thinks short-term rather than long-term). Because of their reactive business strategy, they've had little runway to stay afloat when work was lost. Instead of proactively planning and removing frivolous expenditures for the survival of the company, a sizable number of their employees were let go for a 'restructuring exercise'. A company-wide trip to Mexico for 5 days followed a couple of weeks after their mass exodus of employees.
