Pros

There are some lovely people who work here, mainly in the more junior roles. The events themselves are amazing and clients love what the company does so there’s a real sense of achievement and purpose. 4 day week (although this perk does gets used against you frequently)

Cons

The CEO is a visionary who means well but has wildly unrealistic expectations and is an incredibly bad manager who offers zero support to his staff. He has very obvious favourites, even amongst the junior staff, but can drop you in a second for no apparent reason and then you can do nothing right. There are some very questionable people in middle management who thrive on power, bully their staff and act solely for personal gain with no interest in sharing wins with their team. Decisions are always made extremely last minute and even then will often be changed further down the line - putting staff under unnecessary pressure and compromising the final product. The external HR team have no idea what is going on in the company and couldn’t care less about the employees. Watched a lot of brilliant people’s mental health decline from working here, totally unnecessary and sad.

Pros

What makes This is Beyond stand out is the people. It’s rare to find a group that’s this supportive, creative and passionate. Everyone brings their whole self to the work (no half-measures) and that creates a culture that’s equal parts inspiring and energising. Collaboration isn’t forced here...it just happens. You always feel part of something bigger than your job title. The 4-day work week is a brilliant perk, sure, but the real hook is the trust and freedom. You’ve got room to own your work, take risks and try new ideas…and your team will always catch you if you stumble. This isn’t the kind of place where you just clock in and out. It’s a place that pushes you, lifts you up and makes you proud when you see the shows come alive around the world.

Cons

Like any fast-moving company, there are moments of chaos - priorities shift, deadlines sneak up - but that’s also the thrill. It keeps things interesting. If you thrive in a creative, ambitious environment and want to be part of a team that cares deeply about what they do (and about each other), this is a damn good place to be.

Pros

I’ve recently joined and can honestly say this is one of the most collaborative and fun environments I’ve worked in. The culture is genuinely supportive - people are approachable, open, and always willing to help each other. Also, this is the most diverse and inclusive company I have worked with - ever, that's one of the first great things I noticed! The four-day work week is a real game-changer for work/life balance, and the hybrid setup gives everyone flexibility without losing the sense of connection. You can tell the company truly cares about its people, they’re constantly reviewing and improving benefits to make things even better. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace where you’re valued, trusted, and encouraged to do your best work while still having time for life outside of it.

Cons

Nothing springs to mind, so far so good!
