Pros

The events are exciting and you learn to deal with mental health breakdowns in a big way.

Cons

I ended up taking a pay reduction on what i was paid in my last job because there are no benefits. Toxic leadership and bullying from middle management and Events Director. Everyone is anxious and nervous because every thing is last minute and nobody knows how to put plan anything. CEO is a narcassist and changes his mind 100 times a day so the teams are cleaning up his mess. Worse place i've ever worked. There is no HR in the business and the outsourced HR people don't care at all. Not a people company at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad you recognised some positives during your time here, but we were surprised by a few of the points you raised, as they don’t reflect our policies or the experience of the majority of our team. You were with us for less than a year, so it’s possible you didn’t experience the full range of benefits and opportunities available. We do not reduce salaries once agreed in fact, our salaries are generous, especially for those who are highly successful and performing members of our community. Our benefits package includes a share option scheme, bonus plan, four-day work week, six-week paid sabbatical after six years, pension, healthcare, and the chance to travel to five-star hotels in some of the world’s most extraordinary locations. That’s why we have to ask, are we really talking about the same company? While our close-knit, high-energy culture with high standards isn’t for everyone, many of our team members have found lifelong friendships, remarkable career growth, and unique experiences here. We wish you good luck in your future career and hope you find a role that’s the right fit for you. Kind regards, Serge Dive CEO, This is Beyond

Pros

What makes This is Beyond stand out is the people. It’s rare to find a group that’s this supportive, creative and passionate. Everyone brings their whole self to the work (no half-measures) and that creates a culture that’s equal parts inspiring and energising. Collaboration isn’t forced here...it just happens. You always feel part of something bigger than your job title. The 4-day work week is a brilliant perk, sure, but the real hook is the trust and freedom. You’ve got room to own your work, take risks and try new ideas…and your team will always catch you if you stumble. This isn’t the kind of place where you just clock in and out. It’s a place that pushes you, lifts you up and makes you proud when you see the shows come alive around the world.

Cons

Like any fast-moving company, there are moments of chaos - priorities shift, deadlines sneak up - but that’s also the thrill. It keeps things interesting. If you thrive in a creative, ambitious environment and want to be part of a team that cares deeply about what they do (and about each other), this is a damn good place to be.

Pros

I’ve recently joined and can honestly say this is one of the most collaborative and fun environments I’ve worked in. The culture is genuinely supportive - people are approachable, open, and always willing to help each other. Also, this is the most diverse and inclusive company I have worked with - ever, that's one of the first great things I noticed! The four-day work week is a real game-changer for work/life balance, and the hybrid setup gives everyone flexibility without losing the sense of connection. You can tell the company truly cares about its people, they’re constantly reviewing and improving benefits to make things even better. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace where you’re valued, trusted, and encouraged to do your best work while still having time for life outside of it.

Cons

Nothing springs to mind, so far so good!
