      Unlimited vacation time, decent pay, weekends off

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Communication is trash. A lot of tools that are supposed to work on the busiest days never work which makes the job difficult and the customers even more frustrating. Their website is completely not user friendly at all. A lot of times it isn't employee friendly either.
