Terrible organisation - Anonymous employee Thomas Recruitment Employee Review

I worked here for less than a year. It was a terrible place to work. Around summer time, the company had 105% staff turnover over a 12 month period which I doubt has improved. Most people walk but some are pushed. There was no training, they don’t pay bonuses that are earned, there were no incentives and the atmosphere is dyer. Managers/Directors put people down constantly, there’s no motivation or encouragement. This shows in the staff turnaround. Don’t fall for the social media ploys, it’s all lies. They’re far from generous. You can’t even get a free cuppa out of them. The staff pay for their own coffee and tea which the directors and their visitors help themselves to! I recommend avoiding at all costs. It’s not worth the misery and stress.
