The worst job I have ever experienced. Bullying is strong within this company, management take a dislike to someone and bullying is common practice. I worked there there was over a 120% staff turn over in the time I was there. Please do not believe the lies on instagram and social media - birthday presents - you buy yourself - they are not a gift from the business as they make out. They make u buy your own tea, coffee, milk and even toilet roll! The bonuses are not paid but selected to certain members of staff. I was shouted at numerous times and working here knocked my confidence so much. Please do not make the same mistake I did and avoid this business at all costs. Also look at companies house and read the public documents - they also tell an interesting story . There are lots of agencies who will value you and treat you like a person, not a toy for amusement purposes and to be a laughing stock.
