Easy work, anyone can do the job
The pay was great for what the job was.
Overtime was available and encouraged
Cons
7 days were required- anyone who didn't work 7 day weeks, every week were cut or let go.
Management was terrible. Communication was shotty, explanations and training were non-existent.
Favoritism was rampant as was fraternization between some managers and staff.
