No cons, really fun internship, great opportunity

Company culture is great. Ownership is fair-minded. No micromanaging. Great work-life balance. Pay is great. Lots of learning opportunity. Lots of recognition for individual talent. Lots of cooperation across departments. No racism or sexism whatsoever.

Sometimes, more entrenched managers who've been around a while feel at liberty to put you down for minor mistakes. That's an incredibly rare occurrence though. It's just the one con that I've encountered.
