      Pros

      Relaxed environment. No pressure to sell. Pretty store.

      Cons

      No room for career growth which management lies about to get people to work for them. They can't keep people because they pay so little. Nepotism and clique culture. No communication from leadership. They're basically a wannabe lifestyle brand.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. Ownership is fair-minded. No micromanaging. Great work-life balance. Pay is great. Lots of learning opportunity. Lots of recognition for individual talent. Lots of cooperation across departments. No racism or sexism whatsoever.

      Cons

      Sometimes, more entrenched managers who've been around a while feel at liberty to put you down for minor mistakes. That's an incredibly rare occurrence though. It's just the one con that I've encountered.
