We need more LOCATIONS! And clones of each person that works there- to run them all!!🤣

It’s very convenient to be able to bring your kids to work with you if need be. If someone needed a day off it’s no problem to request a day off and actually get it.

Where do I begin... the workload is Crazy!!! Because of the high turnover rate It’s easy to find yourself doing the job of 2-3 people with no appreciation. With the workload being so crazy it’s hard to stay organized and to fully complete tasks. As a result the owner will jump down your throat as if he is unaware of the stress and pressure the employees face on a daily basis. When feeling “crossed” the owner has no problem not paying his staff as a way to “ get back” at them. This guy doesn’t mind using his perceived status as way to establish dominance. His views of women are appalling!! Favoritism will get you promoted versus recognition of hard work. Technicians are basically babysitters because most pharmacist are poorly trained and don’t do much outside of checking prescriptions nor do they want to. There are no benefits available to employees!! The pharmacy doesn’t close for lunch so good luck trying to get a lunch break or any break for that matter! I say all this to say: this is not an environment to thrive in.
