Pros

Good starting salary, great team members, decent benefits, stable job

Cons

Top level management seems to cycle every 12 months and results in a lack of direction and company knowledge. No advancement opportunities unless you wish to re-locate to Marengo, IL or Chicago, IL. The company offers little in the way of pay increases or cost of living adjustments.

Pros

Highest paid call center employees in certain areas. 2 weeks vacation, holidays, and birthday paid. Benefits at one time were unreal!

Cons

The CSR's are nothing more than glorified inbound call center employees who have way too much responsibility. Not only are the employees expected to take as many as 80 calls a day but are expected to place as many orders. This is a high stress job with constant yelling and screaming from distributors, factory, planners, sales guys, supervisor, managers, as well as team mates. I've seen good employees let go for calling in while others have called in twice as much and are still there. Rules are different depending on who you are.
