No cons come to mind when speaking about Thorn Law Group.

It gave me experience as to what people mean when they say small firms are toxic, and showed me what kind of environments to avoid in the legal field. It taught me resilience and made me stronger in some ways.

The two partners at this firm are rude, condescending, and very manipulative. They expect superb skills but do not take the time to train at all; no training was given. There are so many things wrong with the managing partner as well- he is very egotistical and thinks he is the best lawyer ever to live. He even tells his employees that "we will never work at a place this great" and lets us know he is the best boss we will ever have. Major red flag! He is extremely disorganized and makes so many mistakes, but never takes accountability- he often blames employees. It felt like he just did it so that he could yell at someone for the fun of it. Overall, I was ecstatic when my time unexpectedly came to an end. This firm is a nightmare.
