      Any workplace is directly influenced by the top management and they are definitely doing a fantastic job. They make sure to give personal attention to each individual. Kudos! Great global connects with the company which are reflected positively on the employee's work, career growth and collaborative skills. Highly professional, better work culture and exceptionally organised. Few good mentors stand out!

      Cons

      The number of team bonding and extra-curricular activities can be increased which has basically started to happen. Average pay. Comparatively less number of leaves allowed.

      Amazing company to work for. Good culture, fun, high energy and lots of reasons to stay.. Extremely talented and motivated people collaborating in a unique ‘mission driven’ fashion. I am also very pleased with the amount of overall good they try to do as a company. Thought Frameworks is super fun to work with and have well defined vision ans strategies. Thought Frameworks has managed to communicate its goals and vision to its employees in a way that makes them a part of a unified team..Customers are connected and glad with the QA services... Down-to-earth leaders and direct access to management have a great deal of impact.

      I love coffee life..Need to have more machines..Coffee..Coffee and Coffee..At times need more outing, Party time..
