Pros

Some Teammates are supportive, Nice Office location

Cons

Frequent internet issues here, The chief marketing officer is very arrogant and does not know how to talk respectfully. The business team is rude and treats employees like servants. There is no respect for employees. I also do not like the HR policies here, especially the leave policy and joining bond. After joining, I was pressured to give interviews for other companies using fake profiles with 7 years of fake experience. This feels like fraud. They are using our face for frauds. The job also seems very unstable, and I do not think I can work here for more than a month.

Pros

I genuinely had a good experience working here and learned a lot during my tenure. Due to personal/professional reasons, I had to move on, but I do regret leaving the organization. If given a chance in the future, I would definitely consider rejoining. * Positive and collaborative work culture * Management is easily approachable for discussions and support * HR policies are fairly good and employee-friendly * Stable work environment with smooth team coordination * Overall a good place to work and learn

Cons

* Extra efforts and additional working hours are not always formally recognized or rewarded * Appreciation system for going beyond regular responsibilities can be impro

Pros

Just few things I like here 1. The company organizes festival celebrations, which bring occasional positivity to the workplace. 2. There is a game zone where employees can relax during breaks.

Cons

After spending 2 years, here are my genuine reviews 1. Involvement in creating fake work-from-home job profiles, which makes the job unstable here. 2. Lack of appreciation for good performance. 3. Poor work-life balance expectations. 4. Very low salary increments offered. 5. Favoritism in recognition and growth. 6. Unfair sandwich leave policy applied. Also employee can't take more than 5 paid leave in a month. 7. Strict working hours with penalties. 8. No overtime or extra day compensation. 9. Limited annual leave policy (13 to 15 leaves annually) 10. No payment or carry-forward of leaves. 11. Excessive micromanagement and constant monitoring which makes PIP common in the company. They also focus on cost cutting. 12. Job insecurity and warnings of affecting background verification for the next job. 13. Hidden bond requirement after hiring - they don't inform about bond before joining even for experienced engineers. Note: Don't judge this company only on the basis of pros, because they force their employees to positive reviews on the sites.
