      Pros

      Cool products that really impact our customers. Great team with low ego; your peers have your back. Company is in rapid growth mode and everyone has an opportunity to make an impact. I have never felt more empowered to "own my business".

      Cons

      With growth comes some chaos. Some decisions are not clearly communicated.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great people, great location, interesting projects.

      Cons

      No one told me what specific tools to use and how to get access to them for the project. Very slow and complex access control. Project management is chaotic and they don't have a clear idea of what they want to do. Leadership is basically a ghost. Followed up for full-time roles and have been ghosted for no reason.
