Supportive coworkers. This was the main reason I stayed.

Low pay compared to workload. Not enough staff, so employees often handled responsibilities beyond their role. Leadership at the top often felt dismissive and lacking empathy, which contributed to a stressful environment.

Working hours were good, typical 9 - 5 job. Convenient offices, near metro station.

Very limited space for growth. No modern mindset. Quite low salary. The Managing Director treats his lower level employees like they are inferior.
