      Pros

      Family business for over 50 years. Strong Customer Base. They've increased their minimum wage over the years. They do offer 401K and health insurance.

      Cons

      Senior Management plays favoritism and tends to be very one sided. Tends to talk about staff in a negative manner and will be rude to their own staff. Constantly changing the direction of the business because of no follow through.
