Pros
The company culture is taken seriously and is very fun Other employees want to help you finish something if you ask for help Upper management does almost zero micro-managing, they trust you to do your work Ability to have a flexible work schedule Depending on your point of view this could be a pro or a con. The structure of the company is pretty flat, so if you come in looking to start from the bottom and be promoted to different levels of management then is probably isn't the place for you. That being said, there are opportunities for personal growth in that they are very open (and often encourage) to you going out and learning new tools or techniques It is a very collaborative environment with everyone working in small teams, so if you are looking to do work on your own without relying on others then probably not the place for you. However, because everyone is in the same boat your team mates are working as hard if not harder than you to get their tasks done. Very generous holiday time off as well
Cons
Because you are completely responsible for your items it can add high levels of stress (more of a personal issue not the company's fault) Raises aren't considered until a year of full-time employment Can't speak for other positions, but my salary was lower than I would have liked
