A clear culture of favoritism—those who flatter management get ahead, not those who perform. Career growth is practically non-existent, and there’s no serious effort to adopt modern technologies. Your opinions and suggestions have no value; decisions are dictated top-down. Overall environment can feel demotivating if you value learning, ownership, or innovation.
