Unionized position. Good Pay, paid holidays, sick time, continuously works to improve quality of services to students.
Cons
No healthcare coverage for part-time employees. Not much room for growth, no professional promotion allowed w/in part-time positions (would have to be a full-time employee). No guaranteed longevity; EAs (Educational Assistants) are contractual w/o guarantee of annual contract renew.
