Good work/life balance. Supervisors try, even though blocked by upper management.
Cons
Pay is ok, but not competitive. Guys from Midland are given per diem for working south, yet guys in the south area, no matter the drive. Employees are slow, and use the "get paid by the hour routine". Management preaches safety, yet tries anything possible to not purchase ppe's. Tools are said to be provided, yet they are broken, improper or non existent. Pipefitters have thousands of dollars of surplus parts, architectural guys, cant get nails when they need them. Upper management is so out of touch with their employees its disgusting. Upper management preaches non-union. Yet they also preach they have equal pay and benefits as those of union counterparts, not even close!!!
