Pros
Awesome company and the most of executives are great and genuine which is hard to come by these days. The company really value their employees. Generous PTO like most companies and it does pay out when you leave. Most holidays off and benefits aren’t bad. They do fun little holiday celebrations to get the employees interacting.
Cons
The pay could be better. Some directors/management doesn’t fight to help their team move up or get better pay even if they deserve it. There isn’t much position growth within departments or even the company. Given that it is a non profit and not really a big company the potential to move up is limited. Those who do move are mostly by popularity so if you are a quiet worker, and stays at your desk, minds your business and does your work… good luck! Going on 6 years and been at my position since with close to the same starting pay…. They may be just losing a loyal employee soon.
