For job-seekers comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and unstructured environment who are interested in making a difference to our active duty troops and veterans, Three Wire is a company to consider. Consider the words of Sir Ernest Shackleton, the famed explorer of Antarctica, who posted the following help-wanted ad in 1913: "Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honor and recognition in event of success." This ad generated 5,000 responses for 27 positions.
