      Pros

      Great environment, efficient way of working, CEO is very helpful ,more focused on employee's development rather than focus on company's Finance. No problem with Salary ,good projects, flexible with employee's choice of technology

      Cons

      Not suitable for Lazy and Low Ambitious people, you won't stay long here
