Upper Management Difficult - Canvasser Threshold Giving Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I apologize for the lack of equipment. Unfortunately, like so many things at the moment, there have been delays with our normal vendors as of late. This combined with our expansion efforts has created a shortage that we are working hard to address. I can understand how that can be frustrating. We work hard at Threshold Giving on training and it is constantly developing. We do our best to be transparent with expectations from day one while providing the support for our staff to grow with our organization. I apologize if you felt this was not the case in your experience. I do believe we are understanding the individual needs of our fundraisers with mental health and working conditions at the forefront of many conversations internally. We also have an open-door policy with direct access available from our fundraisers to our Senior Management team.
