Pros

Members are the greatest thing and the hardest part about leaving! You gain a lot of experience and skills because you have to adapt to anything You’ll remember every moment with a member You meet others in the organization that remind you why you did this

Cons

You will be overworked, overwhelmed, underpaid, and under appreciated Your team determines your experience (if your coworkers are unsupportive you won’t last long, they’re all you have at this job) You’ll probably leave with more trauma than you came with You carry so much weight if you care enough and this can be hard on your personal life You won’t be heard by management, you’ll be gaslit and when you request to speak to someone else, you won’t get to You get reprimanded for reporting unprofessional and dishonest behavior by superiors You have impossible expectations set on you and you’ll be written up if you don’t meet them
