I really enjoyed working at ThriftBooks when it was the old management. When I worked there, our entire team was made up of people who were there for 10+ years.
Cons
There was definitely favoritism, one lead never ever did any work yet, she was the most paid because she lived in a state that had a higher minimum wage.
