Pros

1) Thrivable has strong values at its base. I wholeheartedly aligned with each of them. 2) The company stays on top of tasks and delegates well, so they are very productive! 3) The Thrivable team is comprised of amazing and supportive individuals who are wonderful to collaborate with. 4) Everyone works remotely. The flexibility from working at home is very useful for a good balance between family and work life

Cons

1) Be ready to use multiple online programs to get the job done! Each account is easy to use, so they really useful and serve their purpose well, but it can be confusing if you're not prepared or used to jumping around between them! 2) Pretty much everything is done remotely, so if you need physical person-to-person contact to stay motivated, this could be a difficult job for you. Personally, I did not have a problem with being remote. Communication was so strong for me, that meeting virtually felt just like we were in same room working together. However, it's still important to note because it is not the traditional workplace setup

Pros

I joined Thrivable in May 2022. I still feel amazed at the caliber of the organization, the team, and the culture. Founded and run on the principles of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), I struggle to think of a place as functional and delightful to work in at our stage, with 4 years in business, a 20+ people team, and having recently closed $6M in funding led by North Coast Ventures. We live our values every day, and the behaviors that drive those values are modeled by everyone, starting with our CEO and founder.

Cons

Baked into the way we operate is the ability to question ourselves when we see we're not heading in the right direction. I don't have anything I would change about Thrivable at this point.
