- They preach a lot of the same, tired jargon tech companies have been using for two decades now
- They say the right things and may use more corporate jargon than any place I have had the privilege of working, but their words lack action and their actions lack substance.
- When you work in any service industry, you would like to see decisions made based on their customers’ needs, but Thrive bases their decisions on what is profitable, which is understandable but doesn’t lead to any innovation or ability to truly help customers.
