Pros

Full Remote, decent paycheck depending on when you were hired

Cons

This is a shell company that will try and make you do whatever they want whenever with having no real backing. Client are learning that this place is all puff and no talk. Won't hire in country and thinks "AI" is the end all be all.

Pros

- Good pay - Nice enough people and they say the right things about teamwork and other cliched tropes

Cons

- The company doesn’t actually care about its customers at all and is hamstrung by being private equity backed, so there is merely a focus on growth at all costs. - They preach a lot of the same, tired jargon tech companies have been using for two decades now - They say the right things and may use more corporate jargon than any place I have had the privilege of working, but their words lack action and their actions lack substance. - When you work in any service industry, you would like to see decisions made based on their customers’ needs, but Thrive bases their decisions on what is profitable, which is understandable but doesn’t lead to any innovation or ability to truly help customers. - If you’re looking for a cookie cutter, out of the box tech approach, these are your guys.
