Pros
According to Ashley, I'm supposed to write about how amazing Thrive is here and how rainbows and unicorns are floating around every day.
Cons
The lack of vision, direction, and genuine concern for employees' well-being makes it an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing experience. From the constant exodus of talented individuals to the leadership's obsession with superficial accolades, it's clear that Thrive is far from being a healthy workplace. It's evident that the leadership's primary focus is on short-term gains and personal recognition rather than building a sustainable future for the company. The leadership's misguided priorities are exemplified by their relentless pursuit of awards and recognition. Best Patient Management Solution? We don't even have one. Countless hours and resources are wasted on applying for awards and attending self-congratulatory events while the underlying problems remain unaddressed. The super secretive, we are the smartest people ever, leadership retreats are particularly frustrating. No input or involvement from the rest of the company, further reinforcing the top-down hierarchy that fails repeatedly. David and Alec present a bold new strategy or vision every few months, only to retract it or change course entirely when they attend a conference or have a meeting with someone.
