      was a Christian company, moving more and more away from fraternal roots, has some good products

      Cons

      new compensation that came in 3-4 years ago makes the company very top heavy for top producers creating a company of haves and have nots. Took away residuals as part of the process As well moves clients around at drop of hat and rep has little to do, and is heavily invested in online and over the phone service

      Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

      Cons

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
