They treat their employees amazingly. You always receive the training you need. They stand behind you. Your coworkers have a vested interest in helping you the most they can.
Cons
People don't seem to ever want to leave. Parking can be difficult depending on when you arrive in the morning. Easy to get lost if you wander too much.
