Pros
My office mates and my managing partner were truly honest caring people who wanted me to succeed. For a recent graduate, I was extremely happy to be able to have the opportunity to work in such a free environment. I have to admit Thrivent treated me with style. However it was this freedom that got me in trouble, and I wasn't able to live up to the style.
Cons
I did not make enough money to survive. I really wish I could have succeeded at this job, but I didn't have the right client base, and I didn't have what it takes to obtain that client base. My failure made me very sad. However, the caring people who mentored me helped me to move to a job where I am much more successful and happy. I wouldn't be where I am today without this failure as a stepping stone.
