Pros
The only pro is that they pray before meetings start
Cons
This company is straight up awful. They promise you a "lucrative salary, and the opportunity to control your schedule, with unlimited income potential." It's all bull. What it really means is they want you to create a list of your 200 closest friends and family, and they want you to solicit their products to them, whether they are suitable or unsuitable for them. Regardless of what Thrivent says, it is an insurance company, and that is how you will make your money. Selling annuities and life insurance products. Additionally, the RDD's will promise you the world. You will be making 6 figures your first year, and every year after that will be in the 2/3/400K dollar range, with some Financial professionals making 7 figures!!! Amazing. Wrong. Those folks making 7 figures are few are far between, and have been in the business for 40+ years. Also, they promise you will have a private tutor that will help you study. Unfortunately. that is all crap too. The so called "tutor," is a person who calls you once or twice a week to tell you how poorly you are doing on the study material and to do better. It was honestly awful having to deal with the tutor. I actually had to pay a professional "tutor" with 35 years of industry experience in order to understand some of the concepts, and he did not come cheap. Additionally, they cannot explain how you get paid. They say you will have paid study for your licensing exams. That is true to a degree, but the pay is only 15.00 an hour and you only get paid for 8 weeks. Once that is complete, they put you in a training program for 8 weeks and it is paid at 15.00 an hour, but once that is over you don't get paid at all unless you bring it business. You eat what you kill. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. It's a scam. Worst company i've ever worked for in my entire 20 years of working.
