Pros

No disciplinary action taken for the amount of days called out

Cons

No team work, no communication, with team/manager, screens are logged Into without your acknowledgement by management then texts your personal phone after hours, training is not detailed and trainer is not helpful, micromanaged to the T, does not tell you when you’re hired that EVERYTHING IS BASED ON METRICS.

-investing in building their own tech -autonomy to run with ideas -fast decision making

Cons

-all roles held to same standard even when other roles are labeled “senior” -IT still runs waterfall project management for tech debt despite the rest of the org going Agile
