Nice people, friendly culture, lovely buildings in Minneapolis and Appleton with top notch food every day. Opportunities for development if you seek them out. CEO has a lot of vision.
Cons
Not always interested in new ideas: you are expected to get on board with current work that leaders think is important. Each business area sets its own expectations, so culture can vary from department to department. Vision from CEO does not easily trickle down to front line managers/employees.
