Pros

I'm hesitant to give Thrivory a 5 star review because I feel like 5 star and 1 star reviews never hold the true weight. 5 stars always seem like a push from management/HR to better the company's reputation. 1 stars are usually disgruntled employees with nothing nice to say so they put it on a forum like Glassdoor. With that being said, Thrivory is truly a 5 star organization, and I say this as someone who has worked for over 10 companies in my career. For the first time, I am happy to be at an organization where I feel like my work matters. I joined Thrivory to build something from scratch and that's exactly what I've gotten to do. The CEO gives you real ownership and trusts you to run with it. No micromanagement, no layers of approval to get things done. You can come up with an idea and execute on it the same week without going through a bunch of red tape. The team is small which means you wear a lot of hats but you also have a direct line to leadership and your contributions have a visible impact. Healthcare fintech is a space with real problems to solve and the product helps the providers we work with in a tangible way.

Cons

It's a startup. Resources are lean, you have to be comfortable figuring things out on your own and being okay with things changing quickly. Personally I thrive in this kind of environment but I could see how it's not for everyone.
