Cons
The CEO has never been in treatment and has no understanding of treatment, she also has NO clinical, medical, or psychiatric experience but is the only person allowed to make client care decisions regarding any of these scopes, she will overstep clinician's, therapists and clinical directors instructions in order to line her own pockets. - Constant Micro-Managing and Passive Aggressive behavior towards staff (she talks to you like your stupid) -Inconsistent pay and lack of employee appreciation (she doesn't give raises and is very blatant about that) -CEO has a lack of professional and personal boundaries and makes sexual innuendos and comments to male staff and clients but writes up staff for less appropriate jokes between each other -Unrealistic expectations and duties for employees and consistent disciplinary actions when the CEO's expectations are not met (8 write ups at one time) -CEO will write you up multiple times for unnecessary things like how you store dishes incorrectly, or if you forget to wring out the sponge, or not turning off the bathroom fan until she has enough write ups to fire you"with cause" or until your forced to quit. - CEO pushes her religious beliefs on all her employees and attempts to mandate employees and clients to go to her church and she will have her church members come to the facility to pray over mental health clients because "god will cure them" - Discrimination at its finest, if you're female, homosexual, overweight, liberal, or not a devoted christian- you probably won't be hired. All around Horrible Ownership- This place is in shambles- DO NOT RECOMMEND!
