Pros
The people who actually do the work there are really lovely people. Such a good team.
Food vouchers are provided as well.
Cons
Oh boy. Basically everything else. It used to be a great company. Then new management took over with an archaic, ancient way of doing business, where you "belong" to the company and if you dare ask for free time, you are looked at as "weird", because "why would you want time for yourself, your family, your passions, when this is the best place in the world?". You must live for the company. And if you don't, YOU are the weird one.
Also they paid relatively late, around the 6-10 of the following month.
They also changed the contract typology in 2024 to one that gave them way more flexibility, Basically switching from the "commercial" contract to the "tourism" contract. Something I was glad NOT to have in the beginning.
They also love to give "warning letters" (again, such an OLD way of doing things). One colleague did not reply properly and got fired in a way which is usually used for "serious" offenses, like stealing from the company. And this was done just before high season.
