People who likes to face & solve challenges will definitely loves this organisation 1. A very clear instruction about work culture, environment, timings, roles & responsibilities at the time of joining itself. 2. Challenges to prove self in every step by improving own experience 3. Healthy environment & people are very helpful 4. Loved the challenges in “Learn while Implementing” (at times, might get frustrated but helped a lot to learn factors for own career) 5. Lead/Manager interacts with team regularly and provides suggestions(good/need more improvements) if required 6. Process of operations are quite different from outside industry and challenging too.
