      - Good place to gain experience - Monday to Friday work day - able to learn and explore opportunities to learn about construction - medical benefits - project allowances

      Cons

      - Management favourable colleagues - salary package according to skin colour, the more white you are, the more you earn - politics level - gets instruction from site safety supervisor due to GM's favourable person
