First of all a proper THANK YOU for putting in the time and effort to let us know what's on your mind. We appreciate it more than you might think.
We'll take your cons to heart and want you to talk to us about it. Unfortunately, Glassdoor, as well as most other reviewing platforms, offer no way of opening a dialogue easily. Asking you to get in touch, without further initiation seems too one-sided and off. You just kind of got in touch, didn't you? And because we feel obliged to offer something of substance, we'd like to try and open a dialogue the following way. Our Chief People Officer wants to offer a thought, as well as ask for the favor of you talking to us, in more detail, about it. You know how to reach us and we'd be delighted, if you did. :)

"Cultural Awareness is a key ingredience of the way we look at DEI. In fact we love cultural difference, thats probably part of the reason why we work in an international company. The awareness matters, which is why we for example have cultural awareness training in our training portfolio. When it comes to disputes - well, they are part of (work)life. They are an important element in a trustful working environment. People have different views, opinions, backgrounds, experiences and yes we embrace constructive & healthy disputes to make this mix work and come out with the best possible solutions to grow together as a team. We are not afraid of disputes, we don't push for them but we also don't avoid them for the sake of false harmony."

By the way, about the internal hiring issue - Our ATS (TeamTailor) has a feature that allows employees to log in and do all sorts of things (like referring future Tibberinos and applying to roles). We are all set there on a technical level. Thanks to your feedback, we understand that this needs to be communicated much better, though. Something we will do now. Keep an eye out for our people newsletter, Friday standups, the Tibber Hall and the general Slack channel. We'll spam it until they block us. ;)
