Pros

The biggest pro of working at Ticketfly: the bar is low. Doesn't take much to shine here. Pretty lax environment with flexible hours and deadlines. The reputation in the ticketing industry and to outsiders is positive.

Cons

Unless you're "management" level, pay is extremely low for the tech world (well below average). Nothing ever gets done. No new product releases. The system is always broken. Extremely low morale. Extremely high turnover. Low-energy office. No one is excited about the company or product. Lots of new executive hires = disconnected leadership. Unclear direction for company. Professional growth not encouraged.

Pros

-Mission: From the CEO and board down, each person at Ticketfly shares a common mission of applying technology to improve the live event experience of millions of people. -CEO: Andrew Dreskin is an amazing guy to work for. He has been a pioneer in the ticketing industry since selling the first online ticket in 1995 as founder/CEO of Ticketweb. He has the contacts, knowledge, and experience to have another success with Ticketfly. -Market Opportunity: Ticketfly is firmly positioned as the leading provider of ticketing services and marketing software for the middle market. An huge opportunity exists to expand upmarket and also to extend beyond music into other verticals. -Culture: Ticketfly has an outstanding culture. This is best illustrated in the Friday afternoon jam sessions in the band room within the office. -Perks: Copious snacks are provided, and employees are often surprised with food trucks and ice cream socials. But perhaps the most illustrative benefit is $200 per employee for tickets to live events.

Cons

-Hours: Ticketlfy is a very pleasant place to work. If anything, it is a bit too comfortable. Employees work hard, but the hours should be longer and the work ethic could be rigorous.
