Pros

They have good people that work there. They take care and appreciate their employees. They don't micro manage everything that you do.

Cons

Working the late shift one thirty to ten. Customers can get a little mean but that can happen.

Pros

Very good people to work with.

Cons

Very poor guys running IT, its a tech compnay and some friends of executive leader just came with no qualification and are killing it totally. The new managment made sure that all subject matter expert left from the compnay so nobody can challenge the stupidity.
