Pros

Friendly colleagues Nice corporate events

Cons

•No work-from-home option. •Lack of diversity (it appears that only people who are friends or relatives of existing employees are hired. The company does not seem to actively search the market for candidates with broader experience who apply without). •Favoritism. •Blame culture – management tends to blame employees for mistakes instead of providing leadership, guidance, and proper training. Additionally, successful ideas or improvements are often presented as management’s achievements. •Excessive control and criticism instead of inspiration, training, and guidance.

Cons

Toxic Collective All trying to cheat you. Never change your salary Moral bullying Honestly, people leave the company all the time because of these reasons and I am one of the lucky ones who finally left this house of lies.

Pros

Tickmill runs in a very conservative way so it's quite stable here.

Cons

1. As a broker, they pursue lowest trading cost in the industry however they have poor IT technology to support daily operation. Whenever clients have some specific demand, they can't meet it even they want to because they have no such IT technology. 2. A layman leads an expert. A man may become the leader just because the founder likes him, no matter he knows about business or not. 3.Super low efficient in the internal daily operation. 4.They don't value talents, they prefer use people they know not people who's capable to make real contributions. 5.Very cheap in the employer's benifits.
