Compensation Work-Life Balance friendly environment

Lack of trust/honesty. Executives lied as if the team had nothing to worry about then laid 20+ people off. Even went as far as saying “there is nothing to worry about, don’t quit on me” I understand things change, but it left a bad taste in my mouth, honesty goes a long way! Lack of career growth, they promote the same people over and over again. Also, why does a team of 5 need 3 managers… definitely more about who you know more than your skills.
