Thanks for taking the time to provide the feedback. Tideworks is dominated by many talented and smart individuals that make up our team. There are many ladies in our organization that contribute in incredible ways and lead many efforts at Project and Organizational levels. Very sorry to hear that you feel your compensation package was not where you thought it should be. We try very hard to ensure competitive rates for all work categories to ensure everyone is compensated fairly. Tideworks is dedicated to creating and maintaining a comfortable work place for all our employees. It concerns me to hear some of your feedback as we do not condone any hostility in our offices. Personally, I have an open-door policy to encourage openness and transparency with all Tideworks employees and would encourage anyone experiencing such treatment to reach out if you feel the normal chain of command is not working.
