      Pros

      Been with them for 4 years and have had a great experience so far. They pay on time, they really care about their customers, but they make sure you're being treated fairly.

      Cons

      Can be hard to get clarity on benefits sometimes. Benefits are great if you're single but simply outlandish if you have a family. High turnover with some of their agents so you're constantly having to reach out to contact someone regarding any issues.

      The commission plan is strong

      Cons

      They keep all your commissions when you quit or get fired, favoritism, leadership is toxic and lies and puts pressure on you to work all the time with out actually telling you to (giving passive aggressive vibes)
