Pros
Great area, company is laid-back and relatively down-to-earth. Work is work, but the down-time is nice. Definitely has busy seasons, and chill seasons.
Cons
Problem with that is that when you're there, you don't learn much, people protect their jobs by withholding information. In short, to really learn something, you'll be bugging some people.
